PAID LEAVES TO REFRESH, RECOVER AND RESET

Vacation time – 18 days to take off from work per annum and still be paid, 7 unused days can be carried over to the following year
Sick leave – 15 days to take to recover from sickness and not worry about coming into work when your health needs attention
Maternity leave – up to 3 months of paid leave to care for a newborn baby
Extended leave – period of time away from work to improve your well-being granted upon the agreement with the manager

Take a leave if you need to refresh, recover or reset.

Paternity leave – 2 days granted to a new father in connection with the birth of a child
Bereavement leave – 2 days given apart from other leaves in case of the death of close relative
3 days per year which can be used as "one-day" when feeling sick with no medical certificate provided
